Core Beliefs
Entrepreneurial Vision
We believe in the ability to see, describe and present a clear, compelling and comprehensive picture of the systems-driven enterprise you want to become. This must include your core values (what is important to you?), your core purpose (why do you exist?), and a set of well-defined visionary goals (what are you working to achieve in the foreseeable future?). To demonstrate this ability, we require you to create an Enterprise Vision Statement (EVS).
Charting Impact
We believe in the ability to chart impact, to know and describe the "difference" you want to make in the world, to set forth strategies (steps, procedures, and processes) to achieve this difference, and to evaluate your capabilities, strengths and weaknesses.
Agile Leadership
We believe that, in this age of information technology, traditional "command and control" systems based on hierachy and repetition do not work. These command and control systems must be replaced with "collaborative leadership teams" that plan, anticipate and initiate organizational change. This increases your likelihood of short-term survival, and long-term growth and success. Becoming a Systems Driven Enterprise (SDE)
The process of becoming an SDE is like a journey from where you - as an entrepreneur - are today to where you really and truly wants to be in business. This process requires time, discipline, commitment, effort, passion, imagination and teamwork. To develop the business systems required to create an SDE as a more profitable and more sustainable enterprise, we use project teams. The professionals who join our project teams have different skill sets, different training, different ideas, different experiences. These are business analysts with passion and imagination. This is the VisionMasters Professional Network that empowers entrepreneurs to make this difficult journey.
Enterprise Vision Statements

Envision your business today as the red circle above. It is an entrepreneur-driven business. The only thing that exists is this red circle - you! Without you, there would be no business. In effect, you are the business.
Our goal is to build layers around you, so that the business is more than you. These layers are business systems that will eventually drive your business, that will convert your business into a Systems Driven Enterprise.
Now, envision your business with these layers, as the set of concentric circles to the right above. You are in the red circle, called the core. But your busines is now these layers, these concentric circles beyond the core. These layers are the systems - the processes, policies and procedures - that will drive your business.
Now, with these layers, these concentric circles - these business systems - in your imagination, create an Enterprise Vision Statement to include the following:
1. Your Values - the things that are most important to you.
2. Your Purpose - the reason you created the business, the needs you want to fill.
3. Your Goals - the specific, measurable, time sensitive accomplishments you want to achieve.
4. Your Current Capabilities - the things you are you able to accomplish as an entrepreneur-driven business.
5. Your Desired Capabilities - the things you would you like to accomplish as a systems-driven enterprise.
6. Your Current Strengths - the skills you possess.
7. Your Current Weaknesses - the skills you need to possess.
