Enterprise development is the process of designing, installing and testing interactive enterprise systems for start-up businesses owned by certified Entrepreneur VisionMasters participating in our Enterprise Development Program. These businesses are developing enterprise systems that interact efficiently to drive the growth and expansion of your business. These systems are developed by the VisionMasters Professional Network.

Start-Up Enterprises

If you are a certified Entrepreneur VisionMaster, and have a business idea that you want to convert into an enterprise, The following is our 5-step start-up enterprise process.

Step 1: Your Entrepreneurial Idea

Our enterprise development process begins with a presentation of your entrepreneurial idea. An entrepreneurial idea is an idea that involves risk to implement, and desired outcomes, profit and social impact. This presentation may include your website and any documents or relationships you have aleady established. We schedule your Idea Presentation at an E-Vision Center in your area. Or, if there is not at an E-Vision Center in your area, we schedule your Idea Presentation Teleconference. When your idea is approved you become a "Founder." Step 2: Seed Capital

Seed capital is any time or money invested to develop your idea. There are two distinct types of seed capital - inside and outside. Inside seed capital includes any

materials (published or unpublished), documents, websites, relationships you have established and assets you have acquired. Once we approve your entrepreneurial idea, we identify the internal seed capital already invested as an indication of risk assumed, and level of commitment. We estimate future capital needs. Step 3: Business Proposal

Once you agree to lead the seed capital team, we collaborate with you to develop a business proposal to demonstrate feasibility (i.e., a document designed specifically to interest impact capital sources and view you as an investment opportunity). If you do not need outside capital or if you are providing the additional seed capital needed to obtain proof of concept, this step is not needed. Step 4: Funding Strategy

A funding strategy is the steps that will be taken to obtain the funding needed after proof of concept has been achieved. Either you will be self-funded, or you will need to raise money from outside sources. The goal of funding strategy is to establish the right relationships that have both the capacity and the interest needed to provide funding after a 3-year test period and proof of concept has been achieved. Step 5: Launch

Our launch system delivers your funded organization to our fiscal sponsor, Social Visions USA, a 501(c)(3) corporation that provides administrative, technical and financial support to your project during the 3-year test period. This includes making project assessments, recommendations for improvement, reports to funding sources, enabling your new organization to be implemented in markets across the USA.
