Area companies also charter college chapters of the PWP club. The purpose of a college chapter is to provide resources that enable college students who are low-income and at-risk on not completing degree requirements to graduate on time with a work life jumpstart plan.

The regional general manager, after five years of regional growth and success, qualifies for promotion to the position of regional vice president in charge of the annual regional expo.

"Regional Chapters of the Year" Award
On this day, the top scoring youth chapter, college chapter and work life chapter from each area in the region compete for these titles.

Chapter skill demonstrations
(Each chapter forms 5 teams, each consisting of 3 chapter members. Each team participates in 3 rounds of competition.

Round 3: Personal Interviews
During each round, celebrity judges participating on 3-member scoring panels, score the pearls individually. The individual scores are added to create a chapter total score for each round. The youth chapter with the highest total score is the regional youth chapter of the Year. The college chapter with the highest total score is the college chapter of the year. The work life chapter with the highest total score is the work life chapter of the year.
These 3 chapters move on the national expo to represent the region at the national expo.

"Regional Youth Pearl of the Year" Award
Each region elects 3 officers from the area delegates to the region.
We find and recruit PWP metro area company founders who create social enterprises. Each of these enterprises charters PWP high school, college, and work life club chapters in their metro area. Each chapter is an affiliate of the Pearls Who Prosper Career Planning and Management Club (PWP Club).

The purpose of a work life chapter is to provide resources that enable club members to create and manage personal prosperity plans that take them to new levels of prosperity year after year, regardless of employer, industry, occupation or age.

he board of directors of PWP Memphis creates policies that empower the association to establish, support and develop high school, college and work life chapters in the Memphis metro area. The board contracts with a local area director to establish an area office that implements policies governing the issuance of charters to chapter hosts, the delivery of support services to chapters, and the ongoing promotion of chapter member achievements and breakthroughs.

Annual Area PWP Expo
This area-wide event selects a delegation of 15 pearls to the regional expo. Five youth delegates are selected: a youth chair, a social media rep, a logistics rep, a communications rep, and a finance rep. Likewise, 5 college delegates are selected, and 5 work life delegates are selected.
"Area Youth Chapter of the Year" Award
The youth chapter in the area with the most total expo points
represents the area at the Regional PWP Expo in the Youth Division and competes for the Regional Youth Chapter of the Year Award.
"Area Youth Pearl of the Year" Award
The pearl in the area with the most total points is named the Area Youth Pearl of the Year.
The area pearl of the year, and the four runners up, move on the regional expo as the five youth delegates to represent the area.
"Area College Chapter of the Year" Award
The college chapter in the area with the most total points represents the area at the Regional PWP Expo in the College Division and competes for the Regional College Chapter of the Year Award.

The college pearl in the area with the most total points represents the area at the Regional PWP Expo in the College Division and competes for the Regional College Pearl of the Year Award.

The work life chapter in the area with the most total points represents the area at the Regional PWP Expo in the Work Life Division and competes for the Regional Work Life Chapter of the Year Award.

The work life pearl in the area with the most total points represents the area at the Regional PWP Expo in the Work Life Division and competes for the Regional Work Life Pearl of the Year Award.
Pearls Who Prosper USA is a social enterprise that creates intellectual properties (guides, manuals, trademarks, processes, chapter prototypes)as primary assets. The value of these properties is in their ability to double, and even triple, the income potential of at-risk, low-income, job-bound high school students, who join high school chapters of the PWP club to become college-bound.
In college, they join a college chapter of PWP to complete college requirements on time with a career jumpstart.
After college, they join work life chapters to enjoy career prosperity.
PWPUSA is not the club. The PWP club is an unincorporated association of individuals who aspire new levels of career prosperity. Therefore, the members of the club are not members of PWPUSA, which has no members.
Tier 1: High School Chapters
Harris Pratt Pearls Who Prosper USA, Inc.
This Tennessee non-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status that licenses intellectual property rights to area company founders.
These area companies then charter PWP club high school chapters in their metro area.
Board of Directors
The PWPUSA board of directors consists of 15 persons.
Eight are representatives of the eight regions, elected by the existing directors to 1-year renewable terms. Each must reside in the region represented.
In addition the 4 reigning pearls of the year (youth, college, work life and support), elected at the national PWP Expo, serve on the PWPUSA board of directors.
The PWPUSA board hires the president, who also serves as a member of the 15-member board of directors.
There are 2 sponsors at large, designated by the board to represent the interests of the board of directors.
Annual National PWP Expo
The National PWP Expo invites outstanding pearls from each chapter to present and to display at the national for the opportunity to be named the National Pearl of the Year in each division.
